Resolution to Invalidate Christie Effort to Dismantle Civil Service Approved

(TRENTON) – Legislation Assembly Democrats Linda Stender, Reed Gusciora, Herb Conaway, Timothy Eustace, Daniel Benson and Wayne DeAngelo sponsored to once again invalidate Gov. Chris Christie’s efforts to dismantle Civil Service rules that protect New Jersey from corruption and cronyism was approved 23-13 Thursday by the Senate.

Blowing up published reports about his possible near-future landing in a judgeship, Assemblyman Reed Gusciora (D-15) today said he plans to announce his reelection bid on Tuesday, November 18 at his annual campaign celebration, “Triumph in November,” at Triumph Brewing Company in Princeton.
