Miller, House Energy Committee Move Bill Establishing Energy Efficiency Standards in State Buildings

HARRISBURG – The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee, led by Majority Chairman Ron Miller (R-Jacobus), today passed legislation requiring the design, construction and renovation of certain state-owned or state-leased buildings comply with energy and high-performance building standards. House Bill 34 may now be taken up by the full House.
