The bill prohibits the drivers of motor vehicles from driving on the interstate 70 peak period shoulder lanes (PPSL) while the lanes are closed and prohibits the drivers of motor vehicles with more than 2 axles or that are 25 feet long or longer from driving on the PPSL at any time. The high-performance transportation enterprise is authorized to assess civil penalties and enforce violations.
