Sunset Modify Human Trafficking Prevention Training

Abstract

Sunset Process - Senate Judiciary Committee. The bill implements the recommendations of the department of regulatory agencies (department), as contained in the department's 2022 sunset review of the human trafficking prevention training (training). The bill continues the training for 7 years, until September 1, 2030.(Note: This summary applies to the reengrossed version of this bill as introduced in the second house.)
