Replaces E Ola Mau Na Leo O Kekaha with Kaunalewa as the entity authorized to receive special purpose revenue bonds issued to assist with the acquisition, remediation, and development of the old Kekaha Sugar Mill in Kekaha, Kauai, Hawaii. (CD1)
