Relating To Peer-To-Peer Car-Sharing.

Abstract

Authorizes peer-to-peer car-sharing and establishes regulations thereof. Establishes the peertopeer car-sharing surcharge tax on the operator of the peer-to-peer program. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
