By Mr. Calter of Kingston, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Thomas J. Calter and others for legislation to authorize the commissioner of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to convey certain parcels of land in the town of Middleborough. State Administration and Regulatory Oversight.
