By Mr. DiDomenico, a petition (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 34) of Sal N. DiDomenico, James B. Eldridge, Jose F. Tosado, Jack Lewis and other members of the General Court for legislation to remove the welfare benefit cap for children conceived while a family is receiving assistance.
