A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 57-39.2, a new subdivision to subsection 3 of section 57-40.2-03.3, and a new section to chapter 57-61 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a sales and use tax exemption for materials used to construct or expand a coal processing facility that utilizes coal as a feedstock and severance and sales and use tax exemptions for coal used in a coal processing facility that utilizes coal as a feedstock; and to provide an effective date.
