Expands the definition of provider to include certain child advocacy centers for the purposes of access to information contained in the statewide central register of child abuse and maltreatment

Abstract

Expands the definition of provider or provider agency to include private, nonprofit incorporated agencies that meet the state office of children and family services program standards for child advocacy centers.
