Relating to state financial administration; and declaring an emergency.

Abstract

Eliminates requirement that Emergency Board or Joint Interim Committee on Ways and Means make certain recommendations to Legislative Assembly regarding rental costs. Repeals certain transfers for general governmental purposes. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
