Relating to a tax credit for workforce expansion; prescribing an effective date.

Abstract

Creates credit against income tax for taxpayers with not more than 100 employees that create 10 or more new jobs during tax year. Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2020, and before January 1, 2026. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
