Relating to applying to post-secondary institutions of education; declaring an emergency.


Prohibits public or private post-secondary institution of education from requiring prospective student to disclose whether prospective student has criminal conviction before institution makes final determination on whether to admit student. Establishes exceptions for prospective students who apply to institution using common application and for prospective students who seek admission into professional degree program or law enforcement basic training courses and programs. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
