Relating to collective bargaining rights of legislative employees.

Abstract

Directs Legislative Administrator to represent legislative department in collective bargaining negotiations with legislative department employee bargaining units. Clarifies that only state agencies within executive department are to be represented by Oregon Department of Administrative Services in collective bargaining negotiations.
