Upholding The Language Of The Federal Indian Arts And Crafts Act In Regard To State Recognized Indian Tribes.
Relating to Mobile County; to provide for the qualifications of the sheriff; and to require completion of continuing education.
Relating to Mobile County; to provide further for the sheriff's compensation by an annual expense allowance to expire at the end of the current term of office; to add an amount equal to the temporary expense allowance to the sheriff's annual salary commencing with the next term of office.
Relating to sales tax exemptions; to amend Section 40-23-4, Code of Alabama 1975, as last amended by Act 2022-199, Act 2022-291, Act 2022-293, and Act 2022-373, 2022 Regular Session, to exempt from sales tax the gross proceeds from the sale of materials to be used as fencing in agriculture livestock applications.
