Occupations: real estate; continuing education hours for real estate brokers and salespersons; revise requirements. Amends sec. 2504a of 1980 PA 299 (MCL 339.2504a).
Civil procedure: defenses; sexual orientation or gender identity of a victim as a defense to a crime; prohibit. Amends 1927 PA 175 (MCL 760.1 - 777.69) by adding sec. 21d to ch. VIII.
Individual income tax: property tax credit; credit for disabled veterans or widow or widower of disabled veterans who rent or lease a homestead; increase. Amends secs. 506, 520, 522 & 530 of 1967 PA 281 (MCL 206.506 et seq.).
Insurance: health benefits; application of amount paid by the insured or other certain parties when calculating the insured’s co-pay for a prescription drug; require under certain conditions. Amends 1956 PA 218 (MCL 500.100 - 500.8302) by adding sec. 3406z.
