Sexual Offenses - As introduced, expands the offense of aggravated statutory rape to include when the victim is 13 or 14 years of age and the defendant is at least four years older; increases the penalty for such an offense from a Class D felony to a Class C felony; prohibits a court from granting judicial diversion for aggravated statutory rape. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
