AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- HOUSING PRODUCTION REVOLVING FUND (Creates the Housing Production Revolving Fund through the issuance of $50,000,000 in housing bonds by the department of housing to provide affordable housing for low income households and provide a $500,000 annual appropriation from the general assembly.)
AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- SOLITARY CONFINEMENT REFORM ACT (Establishes the restrictive housing oversight committee ("committee") for the purpose of monitoring the use of restrictive housing (solitary confinement), as well as disciplinary and administrative confinement at the department of corrections.)
AN ACT RELATING TO FOOD AND DRUGS -- UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT (Amends the uniform controlled substances act and reclassifies simple possession of 28 grams or less of certain controlled substances as a misdemeanor.)
JOINT RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE TASK FORCE TO IMPROVE THE LONG-TERM OUTCOMES AND REDUCE RECIDIVISM OF FEMALES WITHIN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE POPULATION (Creates a 19 member task force whose purpose it would be to improve outcomes and reduce recidivism of females in the criminal justice system, and who would report back by February 5, 2024, and expire on April 5, 2024.)
