An Act amending the act of April 6, 1951 (P.L.69, No.20), known as The Landlord and Tenant Act of 1951, providing for limitations on rent increases; and imposing penalties.
An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in abortion, further providing for State Board of Medicine and State Board of Osteopathic Medicine; in bases of jurisdiction and interstate and international procedure, providing for interstate interference with reproductive health services; in depositions and witnesses, further providing for subpoenas and for summoning witness in this Commonwealth to testify in another state; and, in detainers and extradition, further providing for extradition of persons not present in demanding state at time of commission of crime.
A Resolution establishing, authorizing and empowering the Select Committee on the 2020 Election to investigate, review and make findings and recommendations concerning elected officials in this Commonwealth who attempted to influence the results of the 2020 General Election.
An Act amending the act of December 7, 1982 (P.L.784, No.225), known as the Dog Law, in licenses, tags and kennels, further providing for revocation or refusal of kennel licenses and providing for importation or sale of dogs; and, in enforcement and penalties, providing for whistleblower protection.
