Environment and Conservation, Department of - As introduced, requires the underground storage tanks and solid waste disposal control board to promulgate rules regarding the investigation of a proposed site for petroleum underground storage tanks. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 215.
Taxes, Sales - As introduced, enacts the "Food Tax Holiday Act," which exempts the retail sale of food and food ingredients from sales tax for the months of June and July in 2020. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 6.
Child Custody and Support - As enacted, requires a court to find that limitation of a parent's residential parenting time is in the best interest of the minor child before limiting such time because the parent has engaged in willful abandonment or abuse of the parent, child, or another person living with the child. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 6.
