AN ACT RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES -- THE RHODE ISLAND WORKS PROGRAM (Permits a parent or caretaker relative of a family applying for child care assistance to qualify for child care assistance without first establishing paternity, or enforcing child support and medical support orders.)
AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION -- LEVY AND ASSESSMENT OF LOCAL TAXES (Allows Bristol to adopt tax classification plan for tax relief for taxes assessed on 12/31/23 and any tax year thereafter.)
AN ACT RELATING TO INSURANCE -- INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR PREVENTION OF HIV INFECTION (Requires coverage for the treatment of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for the prevention of HIV and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) for treatment of HIV infection, commencing January 1, 2024.)
