AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES - AUTOMATED SCHOOL-ZONE-SPEED-ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM (Provides for more conspicuous signage at automated school-zone-speed-enforcement system locations and allows for a graduated penalty system with a warning for a first offense.)
