AN ACT RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES -- RETAIL LICENSES (Authorizes the board of licenses in the city of Providence to exempt, after application, any proposed retailers' Class B license located at 464-468 Wickenden Street in the city of Providence, regardless of objection to license or statutory prohibition.)
