AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY - COMPREHENSIVE DISCHARGE PLANNING (Requires all contracts between health insurance carriers and the Rhode Island Medicaid program to cover clinically appropriate services for the treatment of mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.)
