AN ACT RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES -- RETAIL SALES (Allows the town of Barrington board of licenses to grant an exemption from the provisions of the statute regarding proximity to schools and churches relating to the issuance of an alcoholic beverage retail license for property located at 305 Sowams Road.)
