A Bill To Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, So As To Enact The "Regulatory Freedom Act" By Adding Section 1-23-138 So As To Establish That A Regulation Promulgated Under The Administrative Procedures Act Expires Five Years After July 1, 2017 Or The Effective Date Of This Act, Whichever Is Later; And To Amend Section 1-23-120, As Amended, Relating To The Approval Of Regulations, So As To Remove Language Requiring A State Agency To Periodically Review The Regulations It Promulgates.
