Insurance, Health, Accident - As introduced, requires employees and others associated with insurance companies who make recommendations concerning medical treatment given to patients to be licensed as health care providers in this state and in certain cases to have staff privileges at hospitals and other facilities. - Amends TCA Title 29; Title 56; Title 63 and Title 68.
