Drugs, Prescription - As introduced, requires, by July 1, 2017, the commissioner of health to report to the health committee of the house of representatives and the health and welfare committee of the senate the results of consultations with stakeholders and to identify what method was chosen as the best means to obtain the records to facilitate investigations and inquiries concerning opioid drug abuse, overdoses, and death. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 33; Title 38; Title 39; Title 53; Title 63 and Title 68.
