Sexual Offenders - As introduced, prohibits registered sex offenders from participating in any activity generally associated with Halloween and establishes a sex offender curfew from 6:00 p.m. on October 31 until 4:00 a.m. on November 1. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 39, Part 2.
