Zoning - As introduced, removes the authority of the county legislative body in Hamilton County to rezone properties conditionally or based upon contract, where the agreed conditions are designed to ameliorate injuries created by the rezoning to surrounding property interests or to county interests. - Amends TCA Title 13.
