Civil Emergencies - As introduced, reduces, from 15 days to 14 days, the length of time the chief administrative officer of a municipality may order a general curfew to be in effect in response to a civil emergency. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 38, Chapter 9; Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 3; Title 39, Chapter 11, Part 6 and Title 58, Chapter 2.
