Tennessee Housing Development Agency - As introduced, decreases, from nine to eight, the number of affirmative votes required by members of the agency's board of directors in order for the agency to approve the operation of its financial assistance programs, which support the financing of residential housing construction for lower and moderate income persons and families. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 53; Title 13; Title 48, Chapter 101, Part 3; Title 56 and Title 67.
