Education, Curriculum - As introduced, authorizes a local education agency to revise its family life curriculum to include instruction on contraceptives, consent, pregnancy, abortion, and certain relationship and communication skills; specifies that an individual or organization does not endorse student nonabstinence as an appropriate or acceptable behavior, or promote gateway sexual activity, in violation of state law by providing such instruction. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6.
