Children's Services, Dept. of - As introduced, requires the department to notify the committing court within a certain period of time of the proposed discharge of a child committed to the custody of the department for an indefinite time; establishes a procedure to be followed when the committing court objects to the department's discharge of the child. - Amends TCA Title 37.
