Consumer Protection - As introduced, removes a requirement that sorghum molasses that is sold or offered for sale in this state be prominently labeled as being either 100 percent pure sorghum molasses or not pure sorghum molasses; removes a cause of action for a person who suffers an injury or death, or an ascertainable loss of money or property, as a result of a violation of the labeling requirement. - Amends TCA Title 53, Chapter 15.
