Traffic Safety - As enacted, requires a motor vehicle or trailer transporting a load of logs or pulpwood that protrudes at least four feet beyond the end of the body or bed of the vehicle or trailer to have certain items securely affixed to the end of the projecting load while the vehicle or trailer is loaded with the protruding logs or pulpwood. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 55 and Title 65.
